Attorney Profile

Our principal has extensive experience in transactional real estate, corporate and business law and is committed to working with our clients at the highest level of representation.  Our principal is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Illinois and has handled transactions throughout the United States.  We aim for excellent results in each and every transaction, whether large or small, sophisticated or simple.


Marla R. Crown

Ms. Crown dedicates her practice to all aspects of transactional real estate and corporate and business law.  She has handled numerous transactions from inception through closing involving commercial and residential properties of all types including single and multi-family residential developments, retail centers, office complexes, industrial properties, hotels, equine properties and vacant land.  She also frequently serves as a private mediator and arbitrator in these types of transactions when disputes arise.


Ms. Crown is licensed to practice law before all state and federal courts in Arizona and Illinois.  Her education includes degrees from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, from which she graduated with Honors with a B.A. in Political Science (with an area of concentration in International Relations), and Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in Chicago, Illinois, from which she graduated with a J.D.

Administrative Assistant/Office Manager Profile

The firm's administrative assistant supports the work of the firm's principal in order to respond to client requests for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.  Office management matters, including billing, are handled with attention to detail and concern and respect for our clients.


Kathleen Piersons

Ms. Piersons is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Arizona, with over 30 years of experience representing buyers and sellers and landlords and tenants of residential and commercial properties.  She holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, as well as being a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).  She is also an experienced mortgage loan counselor and property manager. 


Ms. Piersons' education includes degrees from State University of New York at Fredonia, New York, from which she graduated with a B.A. in Education with an English minor, and a M.S. in Reading and also in Administration.


Additional interests:  world travel to over 50 countries and acting in local theatre and film productions.
